Chinese 1900~1997 Projection

In addition to the booklet, I created one poster out of fabric to interact with a simultaneous projection on the top of another poster that was installed on the ceiling, and projected toward the ground. This is divided into two parts: an animated rain effect, and some clips from different documentaries. Under it, there were some Chinese characters on the monitor that were animated by special effects of water waves and water halos, which were associated with the posters.

Meanwhile, in the same installation, another projection (Figure 8) was interacting with twenty individually hung posters with twenty motion graphics which were animated by symmetrically rotating and reversing the strokes of different constituent components of my simplified characters. Along with this change, many different contexts have emerged: I extracted some of the important information from references I collected and then spread the entire poster layout as background.
